Throughout the year, we have many contests in our office. Activities range from guessing the number of eggs in a jar during Easter to Thanksgiving Turkey picture coloring. If you have any ideas for a potential contests, we would love to hear about them!

Be sure to ask for an appointment ticket for EVERY appointment you make! From now on, if you bring in your appointment reminder ticket to your appointment, you can enter it into our drawing. Every 3 months we will pull a ticket out of the box. The patient whose ticket we choose will win an AWESOME prize!
To make to drawing fair for everyone, there are 2 VERY important rules:
1.) You MUST be on time to enter; anyone who is late cannot enter the drawing
2.) You MUST bring in your appointment ticket; we will not re-print one if you forget it
